Taxes and other charges : VAT is incluided. A city tax is not applicable. A service charge is not applicable .
Cancellation Villa las Flores :
If cancel up to 7 days before date of arrival the establishment charge 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel later or in case of no-show , the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Conditions of deposits :
The establishment will charge the 50% of the total amount at the time of the booking. The establishment can not refund if you cancel or in case of no-show.
